Hi, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of New Jersey and have more than 15 years of experience in the mental health field. I earned my Master of Social Work degree from Rutgers University, specializing in Children and Families. I work with children, adolescents and adults and have experience treating individuals experiencing concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and family and life stressors. I have been working in an outpatient mental health practice for over 10 years and in the past have provided in-home therapy to children in the foster care system. My approach is person-centered and I incorporate cognitive behavioral and solution-focused techniques. I believe a positive therapeutic relationship is essential and strive to help my clients discover their “best possible selves.” I look forward to working with you & helping you achieve your goals!
