I am a solution focused licensed therapist in Rhode Island, soon to be licensed in Massachusetts. Having gained 25 years of professional counseling and coaching practice in colleges and other therapeutic settings, I have provided counseling assistance to diverse groups of individuals with diverse needs. I am a positive psychology enthusiast and offer varied therapies including cognitive behavioral as well as alternative and naturopathic . I have specific experience helping clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self esteem/confidence, education and career achievement, coping with life changes, inclusive of midlife, workplace, retirement , domestic, and many other therapeutic needs. I have worked with college students of all ages, including seniors in high school, two , four year and graduatecollege students, individuals experiencing life change such as divorce, single parenting, grief and loss, relationship, as well as active military and veteran issues. I am a strong supporter of diversity, equity and inclusion as well as neurodiversity. I believe that every individual has many strengths that will assist them on their journey to overcoming life challenges.
