While we can’t change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life, By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life. I specialize in the following areas: stress; anxiety; divorce and separation issues; career issues; life coaching and depression. I have been in practice for 27 years. I have also been a school counselor, a Board Certified Life Coach (BCC) and a teacher for the Pre-Practicum, Practicum and Internship classes for new counselors. I hold the following licenses: Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor; Licensed Marriage and Family Counselor; Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor; Certified Professional Mediator; BCC Board Certified Life Coach.
