Welcome! I am a licensed clinical therapist with over 20 years of working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in an array of settings. I earned a Masters in Sociology (study of social causes and consequences of human behavior) in 2005 and a Masters in Social Work (helping individuals meet their needs and enhance overall well-being) in 2012. Some of my experience includes working with trauma issues, depression & anxiety, PTSD, grief, attachment, relationship difficulties, Covid-19 issues, crisis control, adjustments/transitions, stress management. My counseling style is warm and non-judgmental. I believe in meeting you where you are at in your life and working with you on identifying what you want and need in your life. My approach uses client centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and a strength based model. I am here to support you! Lilly
