Hi! I’m Liliana Palacios For the past 19 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping people from all walks of life navigate challenges, celebrate victories, and discover their inner strength. I was born and raised in Mexico City, where I earned my BS in Organizational Psychology before moving to the U.S. as a young mother. While raising my two daughters, I pursued my MA in Professional Counseling and volunteered for several years with a local mental health agency and crisis line. Over the years, I’ve worked with survivors of domestic violence, childhood sexual abuse, and individuals facing depression, anxiety, marital conflict, parenting challenges, and adolescent behavioral issues. I have led domestic violence support groups for Hispanic women and parenting classes in Spanish, always to create a safe, understanding space. For the past 15 years, I’ve focused on supporting parents of children on the autism spectrum and guiding caregivers of elderly or ill loved ones through every stage of care and end-of-life concerns. I’m a Nationally Certified Counselor, Clinical Trauma Professional, Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist, and Certified Mindfulness-Informed Professional, with extensive training in grief counseling. While credentials matter, I believe the heart of therapy is connection. I bring warmth, honesty, and encouragement to my work—celebrating your progress, but also telling you the truth when something might cause harm. Therapy is about self-discovery, resilience, and learning to live fully and joyfully, both for yourself and those you love.
