I am licensed in Wyoming with 3 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. It is understandable to feel “stuck” and consumed by unpleasant thoughts and feelings of self-doubt. I will work together with you to explore new ways of relating to yourself and your experiences while supporting meaningful change that aligns with your goals and values. It’s my belief that we all are deserving of living into our greatest selves, but that voice of self-doubt and its irrational nature prevent us from doing so. I am committed to creating an accepting and non-judgmental environment where we can work towards therapeutic change based on your individual needs.
