I am licensed in Wisconsin with 6 years of professional work experience in the therapeutic role, but also have over 15 years of experience working with children, teens and young adults who have extensive trauma backgrounds. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, depression, PTSD, Neglect, RAD, ADHD, Attention disorders, Autism, learning disabilities and/or cognitive delays, Chronic Illnesses such as Sickle Cell Disease, Lupus, and chronic pain conditions & parenting issues. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I am deeply passionate about helping others see that there is hope in their struggles and helping them understand that life is not meant to be perfect but a journey that we all have challenges in. When we seek help, we are allowing ourselves love & grace to not allow those challenges or shortcomings to define who we are. My purpose in this world is to help others find hope and learn that they are capable of change despite their past traumas or mistakes. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage and I am proud of you for having the courage to choose yourself. I am here to support you in that process.
