I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Professional Addiction Counselor (LAC) and certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (AADC). I have experience working with anxiety, depression, life transitions, behavioral challenges, substance abuse, and self-esteem. Various treatment modalities are utilized to meet the unique needs of everyone and to create a lifestyle of mental, spiritual, emotional and physical health and wellness including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MET), Solution Focus (SF) and Client Centered Therapy (CCT). I believe in being authentic, transparent and using person-centered approaches in treatment. My passion is to empower individuals to cope with everyday stress, identify triggers, challenge negative self-talk and live a life of intention and grace. I strive to ensure each life I touch feels respected, validated and challenged to live the life they desire. I look forward to walking through this journey with you.
