Welcome and hello! My Name is Kyle and I am an Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania. I am also a nationally board-certified counselor (NCC) and school counselor. I have experience working with children as young as 5 thru adulthood. For more than 10 years I have worked in various settings with children, adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, , relationship and family conflicts, grief and loss, behavioral struggles, emotional difficulty and life transitions. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) strategies, solution-focused, mindfulness and motivational interviewing techniques when providing counseling to individuals. Most importantly I want to build a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship with you, so that you feel empowered to make real change in your life. Everyone goes through struggles and challenges in life and I would be honored to come along beside you via Better Help to support you and help you grow. The power to change is within you. You have taken the first next step in your journey to “get to a better place”. It takes courage and being vulnerable to step out and say “I need help” and that is perfectly ok.
