I am licensed in South Carolina, Vermont and Washington with 14 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I also have experience working with depression. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey. My passion is to help individuals live the quality life they want by using a person centered approach. I take the time to look at the whole person- patterns of behaviors, diet, physical activity and strengths, taking a holistic approach to treatment. I work with clients to develop a plan to improve quality of life and make the changes they want to make. A healthy mind is a key element to a healthy life.
