I am a licensed therapist based in Arizona with 12 years of professional experience, dedicated to helping individuals overcome challenges such as stress and anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship issues, trauma and abuse. As a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist with a focus on Sex Trafficking and Exploitation, I bring specialized knowledge to support those recovering from complex trauma. I use a combination of therapy modalities, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Client-Centered Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Experiential Therapy.
