Kristen Schmauder

I am a social worker licensed in both Missouri and Ohio. I have several years experience working with individuals and families in the residential, home, and private practice setting. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, stress, anger, self-esteem, life transitions, relationship issues, parenting and peer problems, career or school challenges, and ADHD. I also helped many people who have experienced trauma especially in regards to neglect, emotional and physical abuse. My style is warm, understanding, and collaborative. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, strengths-based, solution focused therapy. I will tailor our interactions and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
