Kristen Elzey

I am licensed in Texas with 6 years of professional work experience in individual counseling, group therapy & in the context of the disaster response/recovery field responding to natural and man-made crises globally. In my career, I have assisted clients with issues of anxiety, depression, grief + loss, substance abuse issues, mental health crises, and other traumatic life experiences. I am passionate about healing + integration via mindfulness, creativity & connection on both an individual + community level. I endeavor to assist my clients in developing an increased sense of self-compassion, purpose + motivation, confident self-knowledge, and overall sense of balance in their lives. In order to meet your unique and specific needs, I will tailor the treatment approach as we collaborate to meet your goals.
