I am licensed in Delaware with extensive professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with trauma, stress and anxiety, parenting issues, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, & depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I am trained in a variety of different treatment approaches such as EMDR, CBT, PCIT, EXRP, and various Trauma treatment protocols.
