Kimberly Boogaerts

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Arkansas. My experience comes from providing direct mental health and behavioral counseling for kids, teens, and adults with a variety of presenting issues, including anxiety, relationship and family issues, trauma, and depression. My experience is varied across settings. My first degree is in elementary with a minor in early childhood. I earned my master’s for LPC in Texas and have clinical experience working with a variety of ages and backgrounds. My therapy style and approach draw influence from Gestalt, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Structural systems. A top priority for me is to meet you where you are and design a treatment plan and my approach to what will work best for us as we work together to meet your goals. Whether you are working towards enlightenment and insight or symptom relief and improved function, my hope is that we can collaboratively work together to achieve it!
