I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia. I have been practicing in this field for 7+ years and I possess more than 10+ years of extensive work experience in the mental health field. My professional history includes working with children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of issues such as ADHD, depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, relationship and family issues. My ultimate goal is to effectively and efficiently build lasting client relationships by showing respect, having cultural sensitivity, and empathy for your individual circumstances. I have held positions in a variety of counseling settings such as individual and family therapy in community mental health agencies, school settings, residential treatment facilities, group homes, and day treatment facilities. My belief is we all have the ability to possess happy and content lives and together we can achieve this through growth, healing, and learning how to navigate through difficult life experiences we may face. My therapy style and approach focuses on a holistic point of view and I draw influence from a variety of therapies such as Interpersonal Therapy, Gestalt, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. My goal is meet you where you are emotionally and collaboratively work together to help you achieve your goals. My main priority is to empower, enlighten, and improve your quality of life.
