We all find ourselves at points in our lives where we feel unseen, unheard, or overwhelmed by significant life events. Therapy offers a space where your story takes center stage, your voice is valued, and hope can grow. I am passionate about helping others find hope along life’s journey. I work with individuals, couples, families and groups, using a collaborative, client-centered approach rooted in systems thinking. I am trained as a certified anger management specialist. I facilitate groups where members discuss life events and help each other come up with specific ideas for improving one’s well-being.
