I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I have 15+ years of experience as a therapist with children, teens, women, men, and family concerns. I am one of three licensed social workers at TEA OF LIFE HOLISTIC BEHAVIORAL HEALTH THERAPY, LLC. I am an Outreach Team Member for the MFR Psychological Health Outreach Program (PHOP) working with our military and veterans. I have toiled with clients with various behavioral concerns, bipolar diagnosis, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, ADHD, and personality disorders, including physical trauma or emotional abuse. My primary therapeutic practices are CBT, DBT, ACT, and solution-focused therapy. My mission is to provide my clients with the utmost respect in an open and comfortable therapeutic environment. Mental health is never an area of your life that should be overlooked or discounted. It is my goal to tailor private plans for each individual & their specific needs.
