Kenneth Winter

Mr. Kenneth Winter is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with numerous years of experience serving the needs of individuals, families, and children. Mr. Kenneth Winter‘s experience includes, but is not limited to, ADHD related behaviors, child/adult depression , addiction, adoption issues (RAD), aging and trauma, and grief and loss concerns. He has worked in various human service capabilities such as a Family and Child Services Case Manager, Several Residential facilities such as a drug and alcohol rehab facility for adults, juvenile detention centers, a therapeutic boarding school for teenagers, Family Consultant Therapist, a Guardian Ad Litem volunteer and Behavioral Health Specialist. Mr. Kenneth Winter is passionate about helping every individual reach their God given ability. Mr. Kenneth Winter strives to understand each persons concerns and walks with them on their journey towards better emotional and mental health. His therapeutic approach focuses on encouraging and assisting clients to develop perseverance, become more adaptable and increase their self-worth through evidence based mental health modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT),Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT),Integrative or holistic therapy, Motivational and Problem Solving Strategies. Mr. Kenneth Winter is a certified Money Mentor. He is a seminar speaker focusing on depression/anxiety and the family. He has taught psychology in high school and in the university. As a father of seven grown children and several foster children, he combines knowledge, truth and his real life experience to give every individual a realistic opportunity to achieve their level best.
