Therapy offers reflection and redefines what is possible in your life. It is not unusual for each member of the relationship to have their life touched and changed for the better. It is not our training or our education that makes us effective supporters of self-healing as much as it is our ability to create an environment of trust, honesty, and mutual understanding. Building this relationship and giving individuals the space to make decisions that support their emotional goals has been my area of expertise for quite some time.
