As a dedicated mental health clinician, I bring a compassionate, culturally attuned, and bilingual approach to the therapeutic space. With years of experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, I am deeply committed to walking alongside my clients as they rediscover clarity, strength, and purpose in their lives. I am licensed to practice psychotherapy. My clinical experience spans diverse settings, including outpatient behavioral health, substance use treatment, inpatient behavioral health and community-based care. This breadth has enriched my understanding of the human experience and shaped a dynamic, person-centered approach to healing. As a bilingual clinician fluent in both English and Spanish, I also offer linguistically and culturally responsive care that honors each client’s identity and lived experience. My goal is to provide a safe and empowering space where clients can deepen self-awareness, build emotional resilience, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.
