I am a Licensed Social Worker who has been in the field for 5 years. I have most experience working in women’s issues, trauma, and family/couple’s therapy. I am also a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor specializing in addiction, and trained in Prolonged Exposure for treating PTSD. I am passionate about helping people fully reach and live in their definition of wellness. My style is interactive and warm, I like to help my clients feel as comfortable as possible. I think it’s great if we can laugh in the therapy space. I use a combination of CBT, DBT skills, structured problem solving, and REBT. However, our treatment plan is driven by the client’s goals. Starting therapy is never easy, but I hope to make it as positive of an experience as possible for each of my clients. I’m honored to go on the journey with you!
