Hello! Thank you for sharing about yourself. Here’s a little about me… I am a licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in New Hampshire with more than 10 years of professional work experience as a therapist, educator and coach. My clinical experience has been working with people from later childhood to elder adulthood in several regions of the US. I am adept at helping clients with stress and anxiety, interpersonal interaction challenges, trauma and abuse, parenting issues, along with mood and challenges related to neurodivergence. I aspire to treat everyone with respect, empathy, and compassion. Foundational to my understanding of people is the belief that we are doing the very best with the resources we have available in any given moment. This belief supports our ability to explore with curiosity rather than shame and ensures empowerment rather than victimization. My approach is Rogerian (person centered) at its foundation with utilization of motivational interviewing, rational-emotive therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques. We will also identify your personal Resilience practices and support amplification of what is already working to move you through life’s challenges.
