I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker whose professional and personal journey led me to value the importance of balancing physical, mental, and spiritual health in order to experience total wellness. I have spent over 15 years providing mental health services to children and adults of all ages who have difficulties related to depression, anxiety, trauma, work/school, and interpersonal relationships. My clinical practice combines cognitive behavior therapy with a solutions focused strengths based approach. Therapy sessions focus on helping individuals identify and change patterns of thinking and behaving that contribute to stress as well as assisting them with developing their strengths that contribute to success. I am also trained as a yoga and meditation teacher and often incorporate mindfulness practices to help manage stress.
