Kathleen McNabb

My name is Kathleen McNabb. I am a caring and competent licensed professional counselor who values the opportunity to provide mental health counseling services to individuals and families. I believe the client and therapist relationship is special and I focus on making the client comfortable in sharing their stories, successes and challenges as we build our relationship and develop a treatment plan. I meet the client where they are at and work together to determine what they want to achieve out of counseling. I have worked extensively with teens, college students and adults experiencing depression, anxiety and adjustment disorders. I am compassionate and have a genuine desire to help others. I have worked as a Stephen Minister, bringing faith-based components to the counseling relationship. I am a Christian and offer that as part of the counseling relationship, at the request of the client. I look forward to offering my services to those in need. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor #01825 and am available for online therapy with individuals anywhere in the state of Minnesota.
