I am a licensed clinical social worker and licensed clinical addiction specialist in North Carolina with over 4 years of experience working as a primary therapist for teenagers and/or young adults and their families. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, substance use and process addictions, parenting/family problems, ADHD and many more. I also helped many people who have experienced various types of trauma or abuse. I am a very passionate and authentic person with a therapy style that is kind, caring, and direct. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, experiential, humanistic, strength based, and trauma informed therapy. I will tailor our sessions and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I know that it can be hard to begin your mental health journey or pick a therapist. I am here to support and empower you in that journey. I look forward to working with you!
