Kate Vasquez

I am a marriage and family therapist licensed in California with years of experience working to help others. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, and life transitions. I also helped many people who have experienced trauma and emotional abuse. My counseling style is collaborative and interactive. I believe in providing treatment with dignity, transparency, and compassion, and I don’t believe in stigmatizing or pathologizing. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, existential, and psychodynamic counseling. I will tailor our interactions to meet your unique and specific needs.
