I am licensed in Illinois with over 20 years of professional work experience. I have focused my work on empowering women to find their inner strength to live the life they deserve. I am experienced in helping clients with motivation, self esteem, confidence, & coping with life changes. Too often women take care of everyone else and put themselves at the bottom of their list of priorities. Perfectionism, fear of failure, fear of judgement, low self-worth, and negative messages all contribute to this. You want to live a satisfying and contented life, but may not know how to get there. You may not even know how to articulate what you want in life. You do not have to live with pain. You do not have to be last on the list. It’s time to live the live you deserve!
