I have helped those suffering with mental illness concerns including depression, anxiety, substance use, psychosis, career challenges, trauma and ADHD/ADD in various settings. I also have experience with people struggling with addictive behaviors of all types, abuse and personality disorders. My counseling style is to happily meet you where you are and support you in your journey. I treat all individuals with respect, dignity, and without judgement. While much of my work is centered in cognitive behaviorism, I prefer to individualize my treatment based on your goals and needs. We will discuss a unique plan that provides you support and guidance as you implement your process for lasting change.
