My method of counseling focuses on a Client Centered, Insight Oriented and Strengths Perspective Approach. Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, or any other issues I will work towards helping you recognize underlying problems, utilize your strengths, adjust certain behaviors and thoughts, and provide a healthful and balance mindset.
