Karen Pelligra

Hello and welcome! I am a licensed mental health counselor based in New York State. I have been providing counseling in a variety of settings (outpatient community mental health clinic, inpatient psychiatric hospital, and home based family services) for the past 22 years. Don’t struggle alone- I am here to help. It is a courageous thing to ask for help, and I am ready to stand by you as you walk through life’s challenges. I employ a wide range of counseling styles, but my main focus is making sure you feel supported and empowered. I will work collaboratively with you as you face concerns such as depression, anxiety, life transitions such as divorce or empty nest, eating disorders, and trauma.
