I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, fully licensed by the states of Michigan and Maine, with over 20 years of experience working as a clinical therapist. I have worked with clients of all ages and stages of life with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, grief, relationships, career challenges, trauma, conflict resolution, health and wellness, LGBTQ issues, and more. My counseling style is positive, warm, and interactive. I believe in treating all clients with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, without judgement, creating a safe place for you to work on your challenges and struggles. My approach is cognitive-behavioral and solution focused, while also incorporating other techniques such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
