Welcome, I would like to commend you for making the first step in seeking support and change. Give yourself a pat on the back. It took much courage to get this far. As a licensed professional counselor, certified in working with Diverse populations, I empower, support, and provide guidance to groups and individuals to help them overcome personal obstacles through teletherapy. I will use a variety of theories and interventions to facilitate in helping you heal and achieve your personal goals. I have worked with adults, teens, and children in helping identify behaviors and thought patterns that interfere with meeting their goals. I work with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, ADHD, defiance, trauma, co-parenting, relationship issues, behavioral issues, transition issues, attachment issues, and grief. As a therapist in Michigan for the past 6 years; I understand everyone’s journey is different.
