I am licensed in Florida with 10 years of professional work experience. I graduated Magna Cum Laude for my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Florida State University. I feel a genuine calling to support others and I strive to understand my clients in a unique way. I am so grateful to have found a profession with such purpose. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self esteem, confidence, depression, communication/relationship issues, codependency & coping with life changes. I believe that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey, without judgement. My goal is to help you be the best version of yourself through processing feelings, healing, discussing what you feel is and is not working in your life and reframing thoughts that are no longer serving you.
