I am a licensed psychoanalytic psychotherapist, licensed Christian ministerial counselor, certified addictions counselor, and certified hypnotist with over 25 years professional counseling experience. I work with both younger and older clients with a wide variety of problems. I know taking this first step to seek help is difficult for many people. However, knowing that good professional help could lead to living a more fulfilling, satisfying, and happier life makes it all worthwhile. After completing a review of your medical history as well as a thorough mental health assessment, I provide my clients with a confidential, relaxing, and safe discussion platform where we discuss many things. In most instances, we end up talking about past experiences and how those experiences could affect current thoughts and feelings. Past experiences do have a great impact on an individual’s current feelings, thoughts, and lives. Only when it becomes the right time, we will begin discussing and practicing techniques to resolve your concerns. At that point, I serve as your “life coach”. We will also discuss several strategies of moving on with your new life in a new healthier manner. I am well prepared with 12 years of formal training and with many more years of successfully helping people live more fulfilling, satisfying, and happier lives. I am here to assist you too.
