Hello, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas with over four years of experience working with various populations. I have worked with clients struggling with managing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship issues, parenting concerns, work-related stressors, bipolar disorder, and general life and career challenges. I have also helped individuals to cope and heal from community violence and childhood trauma. My therapy style is warm and welcoming. I believe in treating each one of you with respect and empathy. My therapeutic approach is client centered and strengths based combined with Cognitive Behavioral therapy. I believe that you are the expert in your life, and will be here to provide extra support and guidance as you navigate through life’s challenges.
