I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia with over 15 years of experience as a counselor and Employee Assistance Consultant. My approach is strengths-based, integrative, and collaborative. Depending on your unique situation we’ll focus on tools and modalities like psychoeducation, skill-building, mindfulness, raising your emotional intelligence, and equipping you to break out of negative cycles to reclaim your personal power, and your voice. The goal is for you to be empowered to access and grow your own courage and competency and to take the next step in the direction you want to go.
