I have been a social worker/helper at heart since childhood and have worked in the field of behavioral health for well over 20 years. I am passionate about helping others and that has been the focus of my life. I feel fortunate to be a part of the personal growth, renewal and emotional healing in my clients. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Science from Western International University in May 2000 and earned my Master of Social Work from Arizona State University in May 2003. I am independently licensed by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners. I was raised in Arizona and have called Tucson my home since 2000. I live with my wonderful husband and two English Springer Spaniels. You are capable of making positive changes. You can have more fulfilling relationships. You have the ability to cope with life’s demands. You can experience self-acceptance. You can feel contentment and happiness.
