Julie Miller

I am licensed in Michigan with 21 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I also have experience working with concentration, memory and focus (adhd). I also have worked in the past few years in the area of empowerment with women through adventure and recreation therapy. Nature and movement has a natural healing element and it’s a great tool at our disposal. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
