I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Florida with over twelve years of experience in mental health and wellness. I have served individuals, families and groups of all ages, areas and needs. I’m a self-love enthusiast committed to helping all humans learn how to build a healthier relationship with themselves. My main focus is to empower and encourage all beings to BE and be themselves. I am committed to helping all humans learn how to build a healthier relationship with themselves. My work focuses on targeting negative thoughts, beliefs and traditions around self, reframing thoughts to support self and develop mindful ways of living and being. I believe in taking a person-centered approach when helping clients reach their goals, while utilizing cognitive-behavioral, motivational interviewing, mindfulness and solution-focused therapy. The decision to seek therapy is often difficult and can make you feel vulnerable. My goal is to meet you where you are and give you a comfortable and safe space to work on your goals. Our sessions will explore your challenges, difficulties, needs, symptoms and desires, validate your feelings, thoughts, emotions and experiences and explore supportive solutions and coping tools, techniques, skills and strategies that you can utilize daily to improve your overall well-being.
