I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with 27 years of experience. I utilize several different therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reality Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Neuro Linguistic Programming. Humor is something else I often use in therapy. I provide brief psychotherapy, usually lasting no more than eight sessions. My job is to give you some tools to help you along your journey, and then get out of your way. My hope is that I can help you learn to cope with life’s roadblocks and realize your dreams. I’m going to be honest. If you are looking to spend five years in therapy exploring everything that ever happened to you and trying to figure out who you are, I’m not your guy. I’m sure there are plenty of therapists on Better Help that will help you with that. No hard feelings:-).
