I am a mental health counselor licensed in Florida with 5 years of work experience. I have experience in helping clients from all walks of life; these include stress, anxiety, anger management, motivation, self esteem, confidence, depression, and coping with life changes. I have served in numerous mental health settings like hospitals, private practice, treatment centers, and community mental health agencies. During these moments, I have worked with numerous populations such as children, adolescents, young adults, older adults, and elders (the elderly). My therapeutic approach will continuously maintain a client-centered approach with subtle confrontational crossroads. This means that during the process we will have to monitor and check for willingness and accountability, due to its importance in the changing process. I believe that the client-counselor relationship works best with mutual respect, clarity, and compassion. Treatment with me will be tailored to meet your unique and specific needs. My existence with you in the therapeutic space is to allow you the space to grow, experience nurturing, and reevaluate your understood identities. In life, taking the first step can be scary and uncomfortable.
