I am licensed to practice as a counselor in Texas with 20 years of experience. My goal is to be caring, respectful, sensitive, and compassionate with you, recognizing that seeking help may be difficult for some people. I make it my mission to help my clients feel fulfilled and also gain the skills they need to make positive changes in their lives. I work with people who experience stress, anxiety, lack of motivation, low self-esteem and who lack self-confidence. My approach is relational and narrative, where the relationship with your friends and family is considered central to the life you are storying for yourself. We will carry out a treatment plan that will be focused on you and the plans you make to lead a fulfilling life.
