Jonathan De Jesus

Greetings, My name is Jonathan De Jesus, a Licensed Professional Counselor, licensed in the state of Texas since 2017. My pronouns are He/Him/His. I have been working with clients to inspire growth and change throughout life. I have worked with client concerns ranging from ADHD, Anxiety, career change, along with behavioral, relationship, parental, and familial issues, to name a few. My counseling style is conversational, interactive, and psychoeducational. I believe in respect, compassion, and fair treatment for all people. While counseling may involve challenge, I hold to a non-confrontational style of challenge based on the client’s comfort level. My counseling style includes elements of cognitive-behavioral, solution focused, and dialectical behavioral theories. Treatment plans and flow of sessions will be based on specific needs and the comfort of the client. Any move toward change and growth can be challenging.
