I’m a licensed clinical social worker with over 6 years of experience providing mental health services to individuals. I have worked with several different populations which include: infant’s, pregnant mothers, at risk youth, and individuals nearing end of life. My goal when meeting with you is to form a supportive relationship that opens the door for healing and growth. I’m here to help you feel heard and to help you find skills that will help you cope with the everyday challenges that we all go through. Some of my specialties include: mood disorders, personality disorders, postpartum disorders, child/parent conflict, stress management and trauma. I’m an integrative therapist. My focus is to be person centered and to help find the right treatment that works for you and the issues that you face. I use several different types of treatment modalities which include cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing.
