Hi, my name is Jessica. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I hold a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology. I have been a therapist for 33 years. I have worked as an employee assistant counselor, therapist for psychiatric disorders and as a drug and alcohol counselor. I have worked as a crisis counselor and with incarcerated individuals. My career has been my passion. I utilize several therapy techniques. I want you to know it is courageous reaching out for help. My approach is open and compassionate. I have worked with thousands of clients throughout my career suffering from all kinds of problems. I promise to meet you where you are at and to assist you in moving towards a positive direction you choose. There are many types of counseling and I will work with you to assist you in accomplishing your goals. Throughout my career, I have worked with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, coping with grief and loss, addiction, personality disorders and trauma. I currently work as a mental health therapist in a local hospital.
