As a retired law enforcement officer and US Army veteran I have extensive first-hand experience in dealing with trauma, grief, loss, and related family distress. Additional concerns addressed include depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, couples issues, individual issues, and family conflict. I specialize in addressing adults who have fractured parent relationships that are eroding their adult personal relationship developments.
