Jeronica Digby

I am a License Mental Health Counselor and a Master Credential Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor. I have been working in the addiction and counseling field for over 10 years. I earned Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Medaille College in Buffalo, NY. In addition my Bachelors in Psychology and Criminal Justice with a concentration in Child Clinical Studies and Forensic Psychology from Canisius College also in Buffalo, NY. I’m a therapist who both listens and engages, often presenting challenges to consider perspectives outside your comfort zone, while greatly emphasizing collaboration with you. I use various approaches to help you manage and overcome short and long term obstacles, including CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing, among others. My current experience and expertise is centered on providing addiction and mental health counseling to adults with who may have emotional, behavioral and, substance abuse issues. I realize that people have different feelings about mental health for legitimate reasons. I invite you to explore those concerns with me in a supportive environment. Counseling for individuals includes, but not exclusive to addictions, anxiety, depression, PTSD, based, impulsivity, adjustments, transitions, relationships and communication issues. Just to name a few. My wish for you is to realize from the moment you encounter me that you are in a safe, non-judgmental space.
