Jerome Dillings

I am licensed in Texas with 15 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients identify and develop coping strategies to manage addictions, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, & motivation, self- esteem, and confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process. I’m a Christian who believes in God. I also believe in respecting the beliefs of others who embrace different beliefs or faiths, without judging or feeling the need to change their beliefs to align closer to what I believe. I believe in the power of prayer but also know the importance of practicing what you profess to be. This is why my daily goal is to do my best to love everyone as much as I can, without judging them base on anything that have said, done or anything that may desire to do. Focusing my Therapy, using the standards mentioned above allows me to Create an atmosphere that helps me accomplish my goals of helping Client’s feel safe and comfortable enough to express their true feelings so that we can begin the process of healing.
