Jeremy "Jer" Case

Hello! My name is Jer (he/they). I have experience working with all age groups but specialize in adolescents and adults. I have worked with people struggling with symptoms of depression, anxiety, ADHD/Autism, trauma, difficulties with sleep, stress, spirituality/religion, and many other areas of concern as well. I have also specifically worked with youth and adults of the LGBTQ+ and poly communities. I pride myself in being a safe space for all and particularly for those who align with every letter of the LGBTQIA+ community. Not just a safe space, but a member of these communities as well. I hold a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business Administration and a Master of Arts (MA) in Professional Counseling both from Ottawa University. I’m licensed to provide mental health therapy services in Oklahoma (LPC #7262) and Missouri (LPC #2021018466). I am a Veteran of the United States Navy (USN). I’m also an Indigenous American and a member of the Ottawa (Adawe) Tribe of Oklahoma. Treatment Modalities and Certifications: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT); Motivational Interviewing (MI); Mindfulness Based Therapies; Internal Family Systems (IFS); Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT); Energy healing techniques such as Reiki (Certified Reiki Master); Spiritual Counseling (Non-Religious Ordained Minister by Universal Life Church); and Life Coaching. “It is my belief that mental/behavioral health services be available to all who seek it. Today, with the political turmoil, social and environmental injustices and more, it can be quite daunting to find a provider who understands what those being directly impacted by all the issues are experiencing.
